As Golf Handicapp grew, support needed its own home. We built a dedicated support centre at support.golfhandicapp.com: searchable help, step-by-step guides for the features players ask about most, account management tools and clear routes to a human when self-service is not enough.

The support centre gives Golf Handicapp players a self-service first stop: popular guides cover creating events, adding guests who have no account, card markers where one person scores the whole group, reading the live leaderboard and setting up a handicap.
Beyond the guides sit the practical pages every app needs done properly: how handicap calculations work under the WHS, privacy, terms, profile deletion requests, and a contact route that reaches the actual team rather than a void.
The app now serves players in six languages, and the support centre reflects that audience. The result is fewer repeat tickets, faster answers, and a support inbox reserved for the questions that genuinely need a person.
