Our Services

All Trouser Digital provides web design, web development, content management systems, hosting, website maintenance, and related digital services for businesses. The specific scope of any project will be agreed in writing before work begins, either through a formal proposal, email confirmation, or statement of work.

Quotes and Payment

All quotes are provided on an individual basis and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless specified. Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion or in agreed instalments. Late payments may incur additional charges and we reserve the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are settled.

Project Process

We will work with you to agree on the scope, timeline, and deliverables for your project. We rely on you to provide content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials or feedback may affect the project timeline. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional charges, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the custom design and content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use any work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise. Third-party assets such as stock images, fonts, or plugins may be subject to their own licence terms. We retain ownership of any reusable code, frameworks, or tools developed independently of your project.

Hosting and Maintenance

If you use our hosting or maintenance services, these are provided on a rolling basis and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including third-party service failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and lawful content for your website, ensuring you have the rights to use any materials you supply to us, keeping your account credentials and passwords secure, and maintaining backups of any content you manage through your CMS. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to distribute harmful or offensive content.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided in good faith and to a professional standard. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, All Trouser Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project or ongoing service with 30 days written notice. If you terminate a project before completion, you will be invoiced for all work completed to date. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms, fail to make payments when due, or use our services in a way that could cause harm to others.

Cancellation and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If we are unable to deliver the agreed services, we will refund any payments for work not yet completed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
