Bleep Test privacy policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026
Bleep Test (listed on the App Store as Bleep Test: 20m Shuttle Run) is made by All Trouser Digital, a trading name of Amersham Websites Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 07048949.
The short version
Bleep Test has no accounts, no advertising and no analytics. What you enter stays on your phone, unless you choose to send us feedback.
What stays on your phone
The app stores the details you enter, such as names, groups, goals and test results, plus age and sex if you choose to enter them to see estimates and standards. We do not receive or have access to any of this. If you record other people, such as pupils or team members, you are responsible for having their permission. If you export or share your results, they go wherever you choose to send them.
Deleting the app removes this data from your phone. Your phone's own backups may keep a copy, under your Apple account's settings.
Purchases
Apple handles payment, and we never see your card details. We use RevenueCat to confirm whether Premium is unlocked and to restore it. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app ID and your purchase details, and handles them under its own privacy policy.
If you send feedback
The Send feedback form sends us your message, the app version and, only if you enter it, your email address. It reaches us by email through our website and our email provider, Resend. To stop misuse, our server also keeps an anonymous key that Apple uses to confirm the request came from the real app, and the time of each message. We use your feedback only to reply and improve the app, and keep it only as long as we need it. Please don't include other people's details in your message.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of anything we hold from you, or ask us to correct or delete it. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
